Friendly staff and clean rooms.

During my stay, I experienced significant issues with the laundry service, resulting in several ruined garments that I had to dispose of. Additionally, the management was unhelpful and dismissive when I sought assistance after discovering the laundry mishap. To top it off, I could hear everything from the room above me, which made it extremely difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The room was cramped, yet the heating was discomfortingly high.

my romantic weekend away in rome exceeded all expectations at this hotel. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the colosseum and many incredible restaurants. i really appreciated the comfort of the classic triple room, which allowed us to unwind after our adventures.

Our group had a fantastic time! The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Coliseum, and 100 meters from Cavour Metro, making it super easy to explore. The breakfast was extensive and fresh. I highly recommend this place for a fun trip with friends.

However, there was a lack of outdoor space to relax, which would have been nice after a long day.

The noise level was a real issue during my stay, especially with my first room facing the busy street. sleep was hard to come by with sounds of traffic and other guests easily penetrating the walls. The lack of soundproofing made for a somewhat frustrating experience when trying to relax or get a good night’s sleep.

Couple's Excellent Escape

The breakfast was unbelievably good! ! They had everything from sweet pancakes to fresh honeycomb, and my son couldn’t stop raving about it! Also, the staff are just top-notch, super helpful, especially Roberto at the front desk, who made sure we knew all the best spots to hit around here.

Not exactly a steal, but honestly worth every penny.

The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great local dining recommendations. Breakfast was a highlight with a variety of delicious options, including pancakes and fresh fruit. However, the air conditioning was not functioning well during our stay, making it a bit uncomfortable at times.

Inconsistent housekeeping with missed cleaning tasks!!! Shower issues like low water pressure and maintenance problems!!! The elevator situation is a mess, being slow and out of service at inconvenient times!!!

We loved the spacious classic triple room, perfect for our family! The nearby metro made exploring super easy.

Excellent place with great amenities like 24-hour reception, fitness center, and free wi-fi. During my first visit, the staff helped me find attractions, which I still appreciate. I'm returning for Easter!
